Run Multiple Scans at Once
If you manage multiple scans across devices, regions, or websites, you do not need to run them individually. Sitepager lets you select multiple scans and run them together as a batch.
Where to find it
Section titled “Where to find it”Go to the All Scans page from your Dashboard.
When you select two or more scans, a toolbar appears with a Run button.
How to run multiple scans
Section titled “How to run multiple scans”- Go to the All Scans page
- Select the scans you want to run
- Click Run in the toolbar
Sitepager starts each selected scan. Every scan in the batch gets its own run and results. You can run up to 100 scans in a single batch.
You can also re-run multiple previous runs from the All Runs page. Select the runs you want to repeat and click Re-run.
Batch results
Section titled “Batch results”Each scan in a batch runs independently and produces its own results. Sitepager groups them under a single batch so you can track overall progress.
When all scans in a batch finish, you receive a single notification summarizing the results: completed, errors, and cancelled runs. Individual scan results are available from the All Runs page.
How it fits into the release process
Section titled “How it fits into the release process”Batch runs let you execute all scans together before publishing. Instead of running scans one at a time, select everything that matters for the update you are about to publish and run them together.
A typical pre-publish batch might include:
- Your key pages scan (desktop)
- Your key pages scan (mobile)
- Regional scans for each language version
- A staging vs production comparison scan
Not sure how to structure your scans? See Setting Up Your Scans.
Use consistent naming so you can find and select scans quickly. Names like Main Site - Desktop - US and Main Site - Mobile - FR make it easy to filter and select the right group before a batch run.
Use search to narrow the list. The All Scans page has a search bar. Type a keyword to filter scans by name or website before selecting.
Combine with email notifications. Enable notifications so your team knows when a batch finishes and can review results straight away. See Email Notifications for setup.
